Apple Pie Spice

INGREDIENTS: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice

PIE RECIPE: 8 cups peeled, sliced apples / 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour / 1 1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice / Mix all of the above. Using a ready-made refrigerated pie crust, fill and bake as directed.
